Our Project Wines

Our project wines are not based on typical regional flavour profiles or traditional vinification methods. The idea is usually the first to emerge, which we then try to realise in micro-vinifications with a few hundred bottles. Not all of these experimental wines make it into the bottle, as we only bottle the projects that we are proud of.

Our ageing vessels range from granite barrels to ceramic eggs and various amphorae. Stylistically, there are no taboo subjects. Wine without sulphur? Fortified wines? Wines made from dried grapes? White wine from red grapes? Or red wines from intracellular fermentation? - We have already successfully realised all of these!

Some of these wines have been so well received that they have taken a permanent place in our range. For us, these are projects close to our hearts. We consistently apply the experience we gain from these projects to our quality pyramid.
